1. Access and Use Rights

1.1 License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable

Order Form, JetScale grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-

sublicensable right during the Term to access and use the Services and Documentation solely

for Customer’s internal business purposes and in accordance with the usage limits, if any,

specified in the Order Form, including any limits based on Actions.

1.2 Authorized Users. Customer may permit Authorized Users to access the Services, provided

Customer remains responsible for their compliance with this Agreement. Only companies may

be Customers under this Agreement; consumer or individual end-users are not permitted as

counterparties.

1.3 Restrictions. Customer shall not, and shall not permit any Affiliate or third party to: (a) copy,

modify, or create derivative works of the Services; (b) reverse engineer, decompile,

disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas, algorithms, or

data structures of the Services except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law

notwithstanding this restriction; (c) access or use the Services to build a competitive product or

service or to benchmark without JetScale’s prior written consent; (d) use the Services for any

purpose other than as expressly permitted under this Agreement, or in violation of law, the

Documentation, or this Agreement; (e) distribute, resell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise

make the Services available to any third party; (f) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any

usage limits or security measures; (g) input, upload, or transmit malicious code; or (h)
